Sectona’s Journey through 2025
As the year draws to a close, it offers us a rare and valuable moment – not just to celebrate achievements, but also to reflect on the journey.
2025 was a year of meaningful progress for Sectona. A year defined by learning, collaboration, and a shared commitment towards advancing privileged access security in a rapidly evolving digital world. From strengthening our platform and expanding to new regions, to engaging more deeply with customers, partners, and the broader security community, every step forward was shaped by the trust and support of those around us.
This reflection isn’t just about milestones reached. It’s about the conversations we sparked, the problems we helped solve, and the people who made it all possible. As we look back at 2025, we’re grateful for the journey and thrilled about what lies ahead.
Where We Connected in 2025
From Gartner SEC in February to AISS in December, we participated in key industry events across the UK, Italy, the Czech Republic, Bangkok, and India.
Infosecurity Europe was one such event where we shared insights on why modern infrastructure needs modern access security.
We were also happy to reconnect at the eCrime and Cybersecurity Congress series in Abu Dhabi and London, discussing how enterprises can protect access in a fast-moving, hybrid world.
At Black Hat MEA, we exhibited for the fourth consecutive year, and sparked conversations with cybersecurity enthusiasts during the engaging sessions at our booth. Most importantly, we enjoyed sharing sweet treats with everyone who visited our ice cream counter at AISS, New Delhi – zero standing cravings and just-in-time refreshments were guaranteed! 😊
Stronger, Together: Partner Highlights
From the partner led webinars with AmiViz on Modern Infrastructure Access Management to the IS4 Roadshow 2025 in the Czech Republic and the Security Road with Bludis in Milan, each engagement centred around modern access protection and shared learning.
We also united the community at the Sectona Synergy 2025 Muscat Edition in association with AmiViz. This flagship collaboration, designed and led by Sectona, enabled the exchange of best practices and hands-on insights.
We thank all our partners for their purposeful collaboration throughout the year. With 2026 about to unfold, we look forward to strengthening privileged identity security across cloud and hybrid environments.
Cutting Edge Security
Throughout 2025, we continued to enhance the Sectona Security Platform to strengthen your enterprise access security and improve user experience.
This year’s upgrades were driven by audit, compliance, and platform optimisation needs. Throughout the year, version updates highlighted the team’s ability to deliver large-scale enhancements with minimal customer disruption while strengthening enterprise access security and user experience.
Customer Success: Trust Built on Real-World Impact
We shifted from reactive support to proactive success, to align product usage with client goals. We introduced enhanced customer onboarding and experience programs, ensuring customer satisfaction and alignment with ROI.
Sectona migrated to Salesforce Service Cloud in July and over the last two quarters, the new platform has significantly reduced email-driven support requests and enabled stronger ticket traceability. It has helped improve SLA visibility and adherence and enabled clearer audit trails for compliance. Overall, we were able to ensure more structured and enterprise-grade support operations for our customers.
The team improved transparency and accountability through project tracking, while strengthening collaboration across customer, partner, and delivery teams. Strong governance enabled timely management of risks and dependencies.
A special note of thanks to our power users, whose success stories and advocacy continue to strengthen Sectona as a trusted privileged identity security provider.
People and Culture at the Heart
We began the year with a financial planning session for all employees in January, focusing on the importance of savings and investments. In February, we conducted an interactive Emotional Intelligence workshop highlighting the importance of EQ and practical ways to apply it at work and in daily life. August saw the Beyond Boundaries workshop, which focused on inclusion, unconscious bias, cultural sensitivity, inclusive communication, empathy and respect.
Our annual Diwali bash celebrated togetherness with dance (many new stars were born!) and awards. We’re looking forward to a festive end to the year with Christmas around the corner and hope to usher in the new year with a note of thanks and gratitude.

Every milestone this year was possible because of your trust and support. We are truly grateful for the confidence you place in us and we look forward to doing even better together. We are working on adding multiple new modules to our security platform, and we hope to announce the next platform upgrade soon!
